Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rpay Connect platform. By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The Service

Rpay Connect provides tools to send and receive WhatsApp messages, automate replies, manage devices and view analytics, including integration with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or any content that violates WhatsApp's and Meta's policies.
• Send unlawful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content.
• Message recipients who have not consented to receive messages from you.
• Infringe the rights of others or violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Your Credentials & Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a WhatsApp number (via QR/pairing or the official Cloud API), you authorize us to send and receive messages on your behalf. Your use of WhatsApp, Meta, and any other integrated service (e.g. Google) is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for actions taken by these platforms, including account restrictions or bans they may apply.

5. Plans, Limits & Payments

• Features, device counts and sending limits depend on your subscription plan.
• Fees are billed according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
• We may suspend or limit accounts that exceed limits or violate these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Message delivery depends on WhatsApp/Meta and factors outside our control.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rpay Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any account restrictions imposed by WhatsApp/Meta arising from your use of the service.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
